What counts as a 'metering event'?

Any usage signal you send us (e.g., '1 token used', '1 minute streamed'). We aggregate these to calculate the final bill.

What does “$5K” mean in the pricing?

It refers to your total processed volume, not the number of transactions. Once your total sales reach $5,000, the pricing tier changes.

How does the pricing change after $5K?

You pay 2.9% + 40¢ per transaction until you reach $5,000 in total volume. After that, pricing moves to 3.5% + 40¢ per transaction for all subsequent transactions.

Are there any additional fees?

Yes, +1.5% for international cards (non-US) and +0.5% on recurring subscription charges.

Can I migrate my existing Stripe customers?

Yes. Since we build on top of modern payment rails, we can migrate your tokens and subscriptions without your customers needing to re-enter their card details.
